These Terms govern all orders placed on www.k-fever.com.
1. Products
Our products are made on demand by Printful. Each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in Euros, including VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are added at checkout.
3. Order process
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your order will be produced and shipped within the estimated time shown on each product page.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your card information.
5. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on destination. Printful handles shipping from facilities in the EU or US. Tracking information will be provided when available.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or misprinted items. If you received a defective product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@k-fever.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
7. Liability
K-FEVER.COM cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by the delivery carrier.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
1. Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@k-fever.com, with:

We will provide a free replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
2. Wrong size or change of mind
Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size choices or personal preferences, as all items are custom-made.
3. Exceptions
In rare cases (e.g., lost packages, unshipped orders), we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
